Background of Client
Being one of the pioneers in the wifi-egg industry with 800 employees and operations all over the globe, uCloudlink would like to provide rental service of one of their flagship products, the GlocaMe G3 device, and a 4G empowered wifi-egg with coverage over 100 countries, in Hong Kong.
- Without previous experience in the Hong Kong market, our client is not able to set up a team to deploy plan on setting up local repair service center available to provide service which can meet the demand for quick repair service by Hong Kong customers.
- Hiring teams over the border in Shenzhen is not possible because of the tariffs and export requirements with regards to electronic goods, limiting the possible locations for setting up a service center.
